BLOGYou have some downtime so you’ve decided this is a great time to catch up on your blog. As a rule, you shouldn’t post more than 3 blogs posts a week. Afterall, you don’t want to oversaturate your readers with a bunch of new emails or RSS feeds or visitors to your blog.  Sometimes we barely have time to post one new blog!

So why not take advantage of extra time on your hands to create a bunch of blogs post and then schedule dates and times to post them.  WordPress can do this for you!

This is very easy.  When you create your post, click in the upper left sidebar of your screen and click on the link that says “Publish immediately”  When you click, you will see a date appear below.

  WordPress schedule post for publishing

Change the date to the one you would like and the time as to when you would like your post to publish and click OK.  Now you should see the Schedule for: and your date and time.  If you’re happy with this, click the Schedule button and your post will publish at this date and time.

You will find this a very useful tool for keep your blog content fresh.  I welcome your comments and suggestions!
